Wow! My oldest child's name means, "my Father rejoices" and He sure did today when she asked Jesus to live in her heart. The rest of her family rejoiced too! She surprised her dad and I when she asked to do this today. We asked her several questions about why she wanted to this and she answered them confidently and insisted that today was the day. On the way home from church, she got excited listing all of her new brothers and sisters in Christ. "Daddy's my brother in Christ, Mommy is my sister in Christ, my teacher from last year is my sister in Christ, Mrs. Lora is my sister in Christ, my friend G will be when she asks Jesus into her heart, etc." Wow! Love you so much Puddin'!
But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners Christ died for us! Romans 5:8
