TURN OFF MUSIC TO THE SIDE BEFORE PLAYING VIDEO! ; )

The 113th running of the Boston Marathon will be held on Monday, April 20th. I know one of the folks I will be cheering for will be Ryan Hall. In an interview with Runner's World magazine, Ryan says he has no plan for the race but to run in the Spirit. Check out this long but good video on why he runs!! I wanna put on my shoes and run!!
