Blanketful

It is cold and wet here! The cold just seems to seep into my bones when the weather is like this and I have a hard time warming up. After we got our big sister off to school with Daddy Boy, LPie, Sugar and I have had the heat on, had on our warm socks and have spent the morning wrapped in quilts and blankets cuddling. LPie said she wanted to stay wrapped up all day. I told her that I wish we could too.
She then asked, "Mommy is everybody warm?"

"What do you mean?"

"Does everybody have a warm air conditioning at their house?"

"No, not everybody has a heater at their house like ours."

"They have to use blankets to keep warm?"

"Yes, they do but a heater would probably work better."

"Well, we need to be "blanketful" to God that we have a heater and warm covers!"

"You are so right LPie!"

"Blanketful" - I don't think she even realized that she said that instead of "thankful" but I think for this topic "blanketful" was the most appropriate word.

Lord, we are very "blanketful" that we are warm on this cold morning!
